Joe grew up on a farm in Kentucky with dreams bigger than him. After losing both of his parents at a young age, he turned to music to continue finding joy. One of his favorite artists was and still is Sir Elton John, and he drew inspiration for writing lyrics through his music. He had no idea that many years later, his lyrics would come to life through one of Elton John’s band members, John Mahon.
